Shipping Policy

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including Canada, the US, Europe, Australia, and more.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Time: After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and local carrier performance. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs delays.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package online. If tracking updates are delayed, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier system to update.

Taxes & Duties: For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Floura Studio does not cover or reimburse any additional charges.

Shipping Costs: Free Shipping on orders over $18 USD. Flat Rate Shipping: $8 USD for orders $18 USD and under.
