If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.
✨ Return Policy
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Due to hygiene reasons, worn hair accessories cannot be returned
If your piece doesn’t bloom as expected, we’ll do our best to make it right 💌
🕊️ How to Request a Return
1. Email us at flourastudioofficial@gmail.com with:-
- Your order number
- A short note about the reason
- (Optional) A photo if there’s a defect or issue
2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days
3. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
🌸 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we’ve received and inspected the item
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed
- Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank
🥀 What if my item arrived damaged or wrong?
Oh no — we’re so sorry!
Please email us within 5 days of receiving your order, with clear photos and your order number.
We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund, no bloom should ever arrive wilted 🌷
