Return: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on scrunchies. That said, we want you to love your order. If there’s any issue with your items, please contact the Floura Studio Customer Service Team and we’ll review your request case-by-case, with the goal of finding a fair solution. All of our handmade goods are inspected before shipping, and each request will be treated reasonably and respectfully.
Exchanges: We do not currently offer exchanges for scrunchie orders.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, or if something isn’t right, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will work with you to resolve it.
Defects: We do our best to get it right the first time. Every Floura Studio product is inspected 3–4 times throughout our quality control process. If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us with your order number, and a clear photo of the item showing the issue. We’ll review your request and start a conversation on how we can make it right.
Floura Studio are not held responsible for:

Delays, errors, or mishandling by shipping couriers/postal services
